4 But what does the divine-response say to him [in 1 Kings 19:18]?— “I left-remaining for Myself seven-thousand men[a] who did not bow a knee to Baal”. 5 In this manner then, there has come-to-be a remnant[b] also at the present time, according-to the choosing of grace. 6 And if it [c] is by grace, it is no longer by works. Otherwise the grace becomes grace no longer.
